WHAT IS UNDERGROUND MILANO?
Underground Milano is a perfect first-person gaming experience to be enjoyed in group. Have you ever dreamed of living an extraordinary experience? You will be physically thrown into real movie sets reproduced in minute details. Our experiences are physical escape rooms designed to immerse you in adventures filled with suspense, incredible special effects and original puzzles.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Our experiences have no set time limits but are calibrated to provide you with a 360° experience. If you want to have a rough idea of the time it will take, keep a maximum of 75 minutes available!
IS IT SCARY?
Who are we to judge the level of terror of our experiences? The Village in Horror mode is a highly adrenaline-pumping adventure, especially due to the sinister presences all around the village. Alternitavely if you don’t feel up to it, there is the Adventure mode, which does not include actors.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE HORROR AND THE ADVENTURE MODE?
The main difference between the two versions is the presence of actors, which you will only find in the Horror mode. Both versions take place in almost similar settings: our advice, if you want to try them both, is to start with the Horror versione. The Village in Horror mode i completely devoid of electricity and shrouded in darkness!
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PARTICIPATE?
The number of participants can vary from 2 to 6 players, although the ideal team, in our opinion, consists in 4 players. We also remind you that having many players in a game can lead to some members being excluded from solving the puzzles in the room. Under no circumstances will extra participants be allowed.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?
Only people over 16 can participate in The Village in Adventure mode, and they must be accompanied during the experience by at least one adult. To participate in The Village in Horror mode, you must be legal age (+18) and we will make no exceptions.
IS IT HOT OR COLD INSIDE?
Our rooms, besides being designed and created like real film sets, are also air-conditioned. You will be warm in winter and nice and cool in summer. What else?
HOW CAN I BOOK?
You can book the rooms by checking the available dates and times in real-time on the dedicated section of this website or via email at the provided address info@undergroundmilano.it.
We also accept bookings via WhatsApp at the number +39 3455142793, but you will need to wait for our confirmation. Remember to include the following information in the request: name, surname, date, time and your email contact. For bookings made independently within 48 hours of the game, in case of cancellation, we will require a penalty fee of €120,00. Please book the slot only after making sure you can come 100%. CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Of course you can, you can cancel your booking via email at info@undergroundmilano.it or by phone via WhatsApp at +39 3455142793 with at least 48 hours notice. Always rememeber to cancel your booking out of respect for the staff waiting for you on-site if you don’t notify your absence, and for others who may want to book the room. If the cancellation is not made within the specified terms, we reserve the right to charge a penalty fee of €120,00. Atmosfera e ambience stratosferiche!
Enigmi interessanti e molti props/oggetti di scena che rendono il tutto ancora più immersivo.
Ho voluto fare un regalo da zia ad alcuni nipoti grandi, ma come mettere insieme una 55enne come me un poco pazza e amante del brivido e dei giovani quali che sono i miei nipoti diciannovenni? Ecco questa escape c’è riuscita! Ai miei nipoti e a me è piaciuta tanto.Ci siamo divertiti molto con la versione horror, la tensione era palpabile, l’ambiente inquietante, misterioso e da scoprire e gli enigmi non erano impossibili equazioni matematiche, ma qualcosa di intuitivo e accattivante da risolvere insieme collaborando nell’ambiente. Non una singola stanza e stop, come altre escape che ho fatto insomma, ma un’ambientazione più ricca e da un luogo si doveva trovare l’accesso ad un altro tramite strutture sempre diverse. Per non parlarare delle oscure presenze nell’ombra! Queste mi sono piaciute davvero tanto! Infatti ne avrei volute molte di più, perché amo tanto gli jumpscare, ma capisco che per altri potrebbe essere troppo. Insomma non la semplice escape room, ma un’escape room evolution.
Avete presente quel profumo di ambientazione fantascientifica che da bambini respiravate dai Corsari a Gardaland? Ecco, questa escape vi riporterà lì. L’ ambientazione è da set hollywoodiano e gli enigmi sono concepiti per farvi vivere a pieno tutta la storia. Underground conferma le capacità innovative dei proprietari e la genialità già vissuta ad Evasion Escape room.

Esperienza pazzesca! Immersiva al 100% già dall’ingresso e dal pagamento… ambientazione “da paura” in tutti i sensi!
Adrenalinico al punto giusto e bellissimo anche x chi (come noi) non è fanatico delle stanze horror!
Sono presenti (ma non obbligatorie) situazione che prevedono capacità fisiche quindi, come suggerito nel sito, un abbigliamento comodo è doveroso!
Il prezzo, un pochino più alto dello standard x le escape room, vale l’esperienza!
Intanto si hanno 75 minuti… che servono!
E comunque si tratta di un’esperienza “diversa”!
Ottima la tempistica per l’invio degli aiuti… La game master ha fatto proprio divertire!

Di escape room ne ho fatte davvero molte…. Questa fin’ora è la migliore fra tutte!
Incredibile cura nei dettagli e altrettanto per gli effetti speciali, necessaria collaborazione con i partecipanti. Possibilità di vivere l’esperienza in modalità avventura oppure per i più coraggiosi come esperienza horror con gli attori!
