GENERAL INFORMATIONS (IMPORTANT) – please check our rules)

 
  • Reservation may be cancelled/amended (FREE) at least 48 hours before the beginning of the game. If the game has already been paid by PayPal/Stripe/credit card (or gift card) and our offices will not be alerted at least 48 hours before the beginning of the game, we will not refund you and it will not be possible reschedule the reservation;
  • Prepaid games cannot be refunded under any circumstances;
  • If the game is not cancelled within deadline (48 hours before the beginning of the game), as a penalty, Evasion Milano s.r.l.s. may exercise the right to collect an amount of EUR 120,00 (VAT included) for no show or non-cancellation;
  • Reservations made on your own (or by whatsapp/email) at less than 48 hours before the beginning of the game (including same day reservations) may be cancelled only paying a penalty of EUR 120,00 (VAT included). Therefore please book only if you are sure that all participants will be able to play. Every “simple” reservation involves staff waiting for you and other empowering partecipants who would have wanted to play at your time;
  • The agreement between Evasion Milano s.r.l.s. and customer is closed with reservation of session game on website or whatsapp accepting terms and conditions. Sending a reservation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions. Please note agreement is closed clikking on “CONTINUA” at the end of the form on our website or whatsapp, now legally binding;
  • It’s important to be on time to respect your booking time because the following slot may be booked by other players. (We can’t move their time slot!);
  • We require a deposit of 50% of the total to be able to reserve two or more rooms. In this case, we suggest to contact us via WhatsApp and not booking more sessions by yourself;
  • Please note that advance payment is mandatory for foreign groups, which are subject to prior registration;
  • For bookings made on the same day or on public holidays (including all Sundays of the year) via email, WhatsApp, or independently, the venue may require full advance payment at its discretion for organizational reasons. Such payment is non-refundable, either partially or in full, in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show by the players within 48 hours of the scheduled game.
